Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here's our cancellation policy:

  • More than 48 hours before service: Full refund or store credit available
  • Within 48 hours of service: Cancellation fee may apply (up to 50% of service cost)
  • Same-day cancellations: Full service charge applies

Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule your cleaning appointment with the following conditions:

  • More than 48 hours before service: Free rescheduling (up to 2 times per booking)
  • Within 48 hours of service: Rescheduling fee may apply
  • Maximum reschedules: Each booking can be rescheduled up to 2 times

Store Credit

When you cancel a booking more than 48 hours in advance, you'll receive store credit that can be used for future bookings. Store credit:

  • Never expires
  • Can be applied to any future service
  • Is automatically applied at checkout
  • Can be viewed in your dashboard

No-Show Policy

If our cleaner arrives at your property and you are not available or did not provide access:

  • Full service charge applies
  • No refund or store credit will be issued
  • Future bookings may require prepayment

How to Cancel or Reschedule

You can cancel or reschedule your booking through:

Recurring Bookings

For recurring cleaning services:

  • You can cancel individual occurrences following the policy above
  • To cancel the entire recurring booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before the next scheduled service
  • Commitment periods apply based on your selected frequency (2-6 months)
