Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TornadoTidy ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
TornadoTidy provides a platform for connecting homeowners with professional cleaning services. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication between clients and service providers.
3. Booking and Cancellations
Bookings: All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Charges are authorized at the time of booking and captured upon completion of service.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide a safe working environment for our professionals. This includes securing pets, providing access to the property, and disclosing any hazardous conditions.
6. Liability
While we vet all professionals and carry insurance, TornadoTidy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
7. Property Photography and Image Usage
By booking services with Tornado Tidy, you grant us permission to take photographs of your property before, during, and after cleaning services for quality assurance, cleaner performance evaluation, and documentation for additional billing justification.
We may also use these photos for marketing purposes with your consent. You may opt-out of marketing usage by contacting us within 7 days of service. Photos used for quality assurance and billing documentation are mandatory and not subject to opt-out.

8. Additional Billing and Price Adjustments
Tornado Tidy reserves the right to bill additional charges when:
- Property size exceeds stated dimensions by more than 10%
- Property condition requires significantly more time than estimated (heavy soil, clutter, neglect)
- Excessive pet hair requiring specialized equipment or extra time
- Scope changes requested by client during service
All additional charges will be communicated and require your approval before processing. You have the right to dispute charges through your dashboard within 48 hours.
9. Accurate Property Information
Clients must provide accurate square footage, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and disclose any specific conditions (pets, heavy soil). Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional billing, service refusal, or cancellation fees.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting a notice on our website.
